CUSTOM PRINTING

At DP Threads CUSTOM is what we are all about.

Need one shirt? We can do that! How about a dozen? Sure! A hundred? Why not.....

That is what is unique about what we can do for you with direct to garment digital printing.

Screen printing is a great medium and great for large orders but we cater to smaller orders and try to fill that niche.

Since there are no screens to burn and minimal set up, it's not a problem to create one shirt or several.

Did I mention there is
 virtually unlimited colors too.

Looking for a T that's custom to you? Maybe you have a street rod or favorite pet, family members or a favorite vacation scene. We can print the actual photo or change it up with effects and added graphics. Maybe you are a small business looking to put your logo on a T-Shirt or sweatshirt, or you have a special group event, maybe a non-profit, church, or school function. Give us a call (507-421-7060) and see what we can do for you.

If you can imagine it.... We can probably print it!

Please note - We prefer to print using only 100% cotton

The DTG (direct to garment) printing process uses water based ink that is basically absorbed into the fibers of the shirts and then cured with applied heat.

Unfortunately polyester / nylon type materials do not respond as well to this process.

These types of materials (such as jerseys, and stretchy type garments) require a special pretreatment and the printing quality is not as consistent as what you will find with 100% cotton.

With that being said – Since we do get requests for jersey printing. If you happen to be looking at jerseys for your team and want to go with 100% cotton short sleeve, three quarter or full sleeve then give us a try.

Otherwise we recommend that you work directly with a screen printer for your -non 100% cotton material- printing needs.

Thanks!basically absorbed into the fibers of the shirts and then cured with applied heat.

DARK SHIRTS - Front or back print $15 (or both sides for $17.00)
